Con el presente auto se comunica a la Sala de Reconocimiento de Verdad, de Responsabilidad y de Determinación de Hechos y Conductas de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz que, si bien la Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04 ordenó en casos excepcionales medidas cautelares de carácter urgente para proteger los derechos fundamentales individuales y colectivos de las comunidades afrodescendientes y los pueblos indígenas, en relación con las 28 comunidades frente a las cuales dicha entidad solicitó medidas cautelares, no se han proferido este tipo de órdenes.
